EPIC receive funding for second running of the Edinburgh Girls Project

Monday, 9 April 2018

EPIC Assist Scotland are delighted to announce that we have received a grant of £1,210 from Ponton House Trust to undertake a second running of the Edinburgh Girls Project. This announcement follows the success of the pilot Edinburgh Girls Project, which took place in collaboration with the WHALE Arts Centre in Western Hailes in Edinburgh earlier in 2017.

The Edinburgh Girls Project focuses on providing a safe space for girls to explore different topics related to physical and emotional well-being, as well as fostering the building of peer support networks. This time, we will partner up with Muslim Women’s Association of Edinburgh and the project will be run in one of Edinburgh’s mosques.

EPIC Assist Scotland look forward to another exciting round of the Edinburgh Girls Project!
